1. Introduction

The Screw Sludge Dewatering Press, manufactured by Taizhou Eastfast, has got the patent in China since 2016. Now we have 5 series, 16 models of Screw Sludge Dewatering Press, so that we can satisfy the different treatment capacity
of different sludge types from our clients all over the world.

This press is mainly used for sludge dewatering. After dewatering, the moisture content of the sludge can be reduced to 75%-85%. The screw dewatering press integrates a fully automatic control cabinet, a flocculation and tempering tank, a sludge thickening and dewatering body, and a liquid collecting tank. It can achieve efficient flocculation under fully automatic operation, and continuously complete sludge concentration and Squeezing and dewatering work, and finally return or discharge the collected filtrate.

2. Main Advantages:

(1) Moving rings and fixed ring replaces filter cloth, self-cleaning, no clogging, easy to
handle oily sludge.

The screw sludge dewatering press keeps moving under the rotation of the screw shaft, thus
realizing a continuous self-cleaning process and avoiding the common blocking problem of traditional
dewatering machines. Therefore, it has strong resistance to oily sludge, is easy to separate, and does
not block. No need to add water for high-pressure washing, clean and environmentally friendly,
odorless, and no secondary pollution.

(2) Low-speed operation, no noise, low energy consumption, only 1/8 of the belt filter press, 1/20 of the centrifuge

The screw sludge dewatering press relies on the internal pressure of the volume for dewatering,
without the need for large equipment such as drums, and the operating speed is low, only 2-4 rounds
per minute, so it saves water, energy and low noise, which can reduce the operating cost of the
wastewater treatment system.

(3) Reduce infrastructure investment costs and improve treatment effects

The screw sludge dewatering machine can directly treat the sludge in the aeration tank and the
secondary sedimentation tank, without the need to set up a sludge thickening tank and a sludge
storage tank, so it can reduce the overall investment cost of infrastructure and avoid the problem of

When the equipment is running, the sludge enters the filter cartridge from the feed port and is pushed by the spiral blades to move to the discharge port.
